Called and rented an excavator paid some on it. They said it would be at job site at 9am. I called my people told em we would be there at 9 and get started. Powerhouse called us back and said their sorry they got it booked to someone else. So now I got to call my people back and tell them it ain't happening tomorrow. Now my money out there with them and their card processing company. I would definitely look elsewhere first and let this place be the very last result.
They will take your payment saying they have something available and then call you back after you made plans with the equipment and tell you it's booked with someone else. They don't care how bad you look to your customers. Or what kind of bind it puts you in... they make you feel like you're the problem and a burden to them.
Rented from them twice, first time was ok, no problems, second time they delivered broken equipment and it took 2 days to bring a working one. No credit or extension on the rental for the down time. This past weekend tried to rent again and even though the website showed the trailer as “available to rent” when I went there to get the trailer. , I was told “sorry, it had no working lights”?? Seems to be more problems than not.
