After an unhappy experience with service earlier in the day, which turned out to be due to an error in the VIN number entered on our account, the service team was able to provide the duplicate key we came in for. Having been obligated to pay for the non-functional key that was made, I discovered the VIN error after returning home which required a 2nd trip to the dealership.
