I purchased a 2024 Subaru BRZ remotely from this dealership. Before purchase, the salesperson told me both keys were included and sent a photo showing two keys. When the vehicle was delivered by carrier, only one key was provided. The carrier confirmed they only received one key, and no second key was in the vehicle. Brought my Pilot there for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, and they were finished 32 minutes later. They also washed my car in that time! I was really happy with the turnaround time. While I was waiting I sat next to a couple trying to replace their car that had major transmission problems.
