Service rep Travis Johnston excellent handling of my wife's concerns over a nagging issue with her Honda, lead to the discovery and solution of the problem. He has a lot of patience and some very good people skills. Honda's service department makes a big effort to make their customers happy. We certainly are.
They're the Best in my opinion. They're fast, courteous, and professional. They stick to their word, time frame, and call you if anything changes.
We had a great experience. Got the truck I wanted at price wanted to pay. Mason and Jose were great to work with.
Beginning with our call in for service, as the car showed maintenance A-14 was due. Explaining this to the service department, I was surprised to hear that it’s just an oil change needed. Made the appointment with no issues. Upon arrival for the service ‘appointment’, the waiting room was already full, but was told, “it’ll only be an hour.” So we hung around on-site. I just moved to Albany and my battery needed replacement. I took my car to Power Honda. They did a great job and were fast and efficient. I look forward to more service being done there as needed.
