Took 2 hours to do an oil change. Then was told the bolt on my oil tray had been stripped in the process and would cost between$900 and$1000 to fix next time I wanted my oil changed. Definitely not a good experience
Went in for scheduled maintenance. Friendly, helpful staff! I sat in the lobby and noticed that with each customer they gave the best price they could and were very helpful. Every customer left smiling. Highly recommend! Bonus points: Washed my CRV!
