Heath the rep. that came out and spoke with me is very professional and knowledgeable. Service installer was outstanding and we are very pleased to have this system in our home. Cameras are clear and updated, love being able to see everything on our phones.
I was at home by myself in the afternoon last week when someone attempted to break into the house. A man came to the front and side doors of the house and knocked to see if anyone was home. I did not answer. He returned to the side door with a sledge hammer and pulled it back to break the window pane, when I scared him away and hit the panic button of our alarm system.
