Jack Myers sold me my cameras and he also installed my cameras and he was awesome. He was kind and very respectful. I give him 5 stars.
Be very careful and read the contract very careful. I have had service for a year and a half. The installation was a painful process and when we got fed up they said we had a 5 year contract and was unable to get out of it unless we paid almost 3000 dollars. The salesman was just that. He promised cameras could go in places they couldn't. Overall bad experience.
We were customers with ADT and was approached by the sales team in pooler Georgia and told they could save us on our monthly monitoring and add some equipment like door bell monitoring . We were not dissatisfied with our current system however saving on the monthly fee is was swayed us to change . However , what the sales team did not tell us is they lock you into a 5 year contract . I do not deal with this company I I'm cold here 2 weeks ago and they said they would be here the next day I have still not seen or heard from nobody I called today and they want to know my account number I sprang him I don't have account number that people were going to come here to install will give me a price and the lady said she couldn't help me
