Everyone was professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable of how to perform their jobs and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up and left the premises in excellent shape.
Windows look great, the crew was very professional and did a great clean up afterwards.
Great team, starting from the initial sales person, installation team and the final quality assurance manager. All in all a great experience and some good people to work with.
The sales guy was super nice and the product seemed high quality and the quoted price seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, he started playing high pressure sales tactics of giving me "today only" prices, and even going out to his car and trying to "get a better deal from his manager". He wouldn't accept "I'm getting another quote and will let you know" for an answer. I eventually had to forcefully tell him to leave. Too bad because I had planned on getting another quote and possibly moving forward. But you lost me at high press... read more
