Unprofessional. They called to schedule an estimate for our door. Politely, repeated several times that we weren’t interested. When he sees I’m not going to schedule, he end’s the conversation with ‘Bye Felicia!’ And then immediately hangs up. Don’t not give these people your phone number. You’ll end up having to change it.
Absolutely horrendous sales pitch. The girl took over 4 hours and would not leave our house when we requested to end the session. She also left her iPad inside our home and used it to listen to us when she walked to her car “to go get some demo materials” (we saw her on our camera watching on another device, and came in immediately when my husband and I suspected aloud that she was listening). She quoted us 65k for a new roof on a smaller one story home.
It was a great experience having power replace our windows.
