We had five of our windows replaced in December 2022 by Power Windows in the Northern Virginia area. Oscar explained everything to us up front, described the product in detail, and worked out a timeline and payment plan with us that we could accommodate. This was our third project with Power, and just like the other two (roof, and front door) everything was just what we expected. Everybody from the sales reps, to the installation crews, were professional, friendly, and efficient. A very pleasant experience.
We had Power install new windows in our home, We knew we needed to get them done and we liked what Power showed us in our meeting, It wasn’t just a brochure and a price, but we got to see actual samples of the materials. The crew did a fantastic job, and we got to meet and speak to so many people who were involved and everything was transparent and communicated well. Every one knows what the others are doing and everything was smooth and streamlined. Everything was done in a highly professional manner from start to finish.
I like that Power does everything no money down. We were referred to power from our family members that also worked with them. Overall happy with the siding install.
POWER is installing my new roof. I had taken an estimate because i knew there was a lot of moss that i had removed that started to show up again. Joe my salesman was very thorough and efficient with his time. The crew showed up right on time and has been hard at work, even cleaning as they go. I went with Power because of the copper in the shingles and the fact that they warranty the roof for 50 years. I told them as long as they do what they promised they would do everything would be great, and so far zero problems.
We had a great experience from start to finish with Power. The sales rep was prepared with great information, power point slides and sample products. The process from signing followed the exact plan and timeline that was laid out at the onset. The install team did a great job installing the windows, cleaning up after. It was a cold a day, and the team did a great job of minimizing the time that rooms were left exposed to the elements. Overall great experience from start to finish.
