Our experience started with Lorenzo coming to the door. We then met with Starbuck who gave us a very thorough demonstration. Starbuck did a great job and was very personable. We then met with Mike for measurements. Jose and his crew arrived and began our project. Greg, the QA manager arrived to check out the progress and results of installation. I had new windows installed in my home. Everyone involved from the initial knock through the sales visit and the install were on time, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The customer service line actually is answered timely and with a human who knows what they're talking about. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We just had our roof installed by power. For roofers, they were awfully quiet! I was home all day and barely noticed. They did a great job communicating with me throughout the install and the sales staff prepared me for everything I need to know. The clean up was very neat even with snow on the ground. We highly recommend this company!
Overall really great service from Power. Craig the consultant was very knowledgeable and walked me thru the process in detail. The crews were professional and got it down quickly and clean. Would recommend!
