Very professional and the workmanship and detail was great. The most important thing to me is that the crew, Steve, Scott, and Chris, were honest with me about an issue that was happening with my house about termites, and it was something I was able to have inspected before the install was complete. My inspector said to me that this is something that crews normally brush under the rug and don’t bring up and he was surprised that they brought it up right away to be inspected. We just recently had our siding and gutters done by power. We’ve been impressed by the technical knowledge of the teams from power that we’ve dealt with. They answered all our questions and have made us feel comfortable about the whole process. We’re very happy with the end result!
Good quality of windows. Be careful on the cleanup stage... The installers left at night and didn't clean the windows. Had to call to have them come back to clean them. Upon cleaning them they found scratches in between the pains and some windows had to be reordered. Also they ordered one incorrect window. It's just minor hassles like this that cause them not to get five stars.
