We had Power put in some new Gutters, 2 new doors and a few windows. We knew we needed the gutters and doors, but decided to start with a few of the worse windows. We have been impressed with the fact that Power offers a lifetime warranty, and we pay absolutely nothing until the project is complete. We had a few small issues with the windows but Power actually answered my email the same day (on a Saturday) and sent someone out to fix the issue. I met power at the Sarasota home show. John L**** came to my house to give me an estimate on windows. He did a great job of explaining exactly what I would be getting and what the company was about. Raphael came out re measure and prepared me for the install, when Terrell came out to do the install, it was exactly how I expected and I am very happy.
Helpful in explaining issues and entire process, giving advice without pressure of purchase.
