Unskilled workers. Condescending and arrogant customer service. Seals improperly installed around my door causing water damage and seepage since before Christmas. I can not get a supervisor on the phone. I've got damage, water, and a two inch gap in my door. You can literally see outside. My service appointment is on March 18th for new seals on a door that is damaged by water due to improper seal installation. It's comical at this point. Finally spoke to a lady today who is supposed to escalate this matter for me. She provid... read more

I found advertisements for this company at ****I called them to fix my leaking roof. Within two weeks of installation my leak continued to be an issue. I called the company again which offered a lifetime warranty and had an inspector come to my home. He found two other areas of work that could contribute to my issue and they refused to revisit any of their own work before these problems have been addressed. Upon completion of the recommended work I arranged another appointment for Powerhrg to come resolve my leak which is ST... read more

We had a really good experience with the team. Really appreciated the forthright communication as the job was delayed due to production and supply challenges. Our installation team was courteous and we will have them again for future work.

Love my windows. Now I can open every window in my home with ease. Installers came right when they said they would. After install they made sure the areas they worked was clean.

Abysmal We signed our contract in August for installation in December. We are now "tentatively" scheduled for the end of March. I say tentatively, because it is our 10th reschedule. Initially, one of our windows wasn't ready, RESCHEDULE. Then (somehow) TWO of our windows weren't ready. Then there was an installer emergency. Then alternating numbers of windows weren't ready... Finally, we had three weather delays (totally understandable).. I asked to be contacted on their website, and the person who called left a message whic... read more

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling (PHR) was a real mixed bag. The initial contact was great, with knowledgeable sales staff. However, while waiting for the window installation PHR rescheduled the install date 5 times. The rescheduling itself was not an issue given the current manufacturer limitations during the covid pandemic. However, on three of the reschedule occasions, we were told the evening before the work was meant to start, which meant that furniture had been moved and window treatments had been taken down i... read more

We worked with Power Home Remodeling to replace 8 very tall windows in our South/West facing family room. The room has been up to 87 degrees in the summer and seems quite cold in winter. We met with sales rep Aaron P. in the Fall of 2020 and received quotes for a number of projects, but the family room windows was the project we chose to move forward on. The windows were specialty made due to height/width and were delayed due to closures related to COVID. Fortunately our windows were installed in one day in January 2021...ah... read more

Door to door solicitors. I hate them. All door to door soliciting companies get instant negative review from me. I know they won't stop it. But if I can just convince one person to go elsewhere for their home services then this review will have been worth it.
