Had the siding done by Power this week. There were some miscommunications with the scheduling but now the project is complete. There are a few details that need to be corrected but the Quality Assurance manger came by and set up a service time, and even adjust our price due to wood that was on the contract that wasn’t used. We’ve used Power for several projects in our two homes, and have been really happy. They’ve replaced windows that had issues, had great communications, and are so respectful and clean in our home.
The overall experience was very pleasurable. All the employees were professional and courteous starting with Chris and David and ending with Julio and the crew. What your company is doing, keep on doing. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and care for the customer at every checkpoint from start to finish. We highly recommend Power to anyone looking to get an exterior home improvement project done in Florida.
