The windows were more or less what we expected. The outside caulking was done very poorly. Some of the weep holes were covered with caulking. The company has agreed to correct the problem but has not done so as of yet. Both the salesman and follow up technician were very professional and did an outstanding job.
I am very pleased with the installation from start to finish. They let you know what is happening from the beginning of the project to the completion and make certain that you understand all aspects of it.
The people doing the work were very professional and on-time. They definitely knew what they were doing and installed my windows and door very professionally. Good job.
