Very polite, great cleanup and no complaints from this company. We had 3 separate crews and they were all great!
We just had a new front door installed by Power, and we could not be happier! Diego (the installer) did an exceptional job, he went over and above our expectations. He did not rush, and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. This was not our first experience with Power, and it will not be our last. Every person we dealt with was courteous, friendly, and very professional. All in all, a great experience!
We are very happy with from the beginning to today. They are a nice team and pleasant to deal with from the salesman to the crew and the management.
We just had a new roof installed and will be having the exterior done which includes siding, gutters, and a door. All personnel: marketing, sales, and quality assurance have been very professional, patient, and informative. This is our second time having Power out for an estimate. During the first estimate, the sales person told us our roof was fine, but that we had to address the ventilation problem after having insulation installed by Mass Save or else it would ruin the wood in the attic because the insulation blocked vent... read more
Very impressed with my experience with Power Home: my roof install was scheduled with minimal lead time, and the crew started promptly. The sales team is definitely a "dream team" - patiently and thoroughly answering questions about my project before it was even scheduled. I'd definitely call them again.
I am completely satisfied with the overall process. John C***** was thorough with explaining and showing us about the windows, doors, the siding and the gutters. Even though, we are only getting the the gutters today. We look forward to getting more work in the years to come

From start to finish my experience with Power Home Remodeling was exceptional. Very professional staff and workers. Best of all, I love our new sliding glass door. Will definitely be doing future business with them!
Third time was the charm. First install for our roof was delayed due to rain. Second install was delayed because the materials had not been delivered. The stars aligned and install was done on Friday. Very clean process.
