Glad to have found this company after hearing about nightmare contractors from friends and neighbors. They were professional, fast, and have great warrantees. I appreciated the transparency of the process.
I bought a new home that needed a little bit of love. I hired Power to replace all the windows and gutters. I was so pleased with their professionalism, quality assurance, the process of the installation, their app, and communication that I hired them to insulate the attic as well. My only regret is that they don't replace doors in my area! Excellent experience all around.
This is my 3rd project with power. Windows, trim and gutters. They have been a great company to work with!
We started out with a good response from Power. People were friendly, workers showed up on time. In the process of installing our shutters, only 1 set was correct. Was told problem would be handled. Nobody came back. I called and was told there was date of April, 2023! Representative said he could move date up to Jan. 6th. That should have told me something right there. The presentation and the product was a big reason that we chose power to do our windows. The other things that we were really impressed about was the fact that Power didn’t want a deposit! We were shocked that they were that confident in their product they would do this with no money down and give a lifetime warranty!
Through each phase of the process, Power did a great job communicating everything. Ty the consultant made me feel comfortable with the product, Matt the measure tech set the project up for success, and the crew was clean and professional. Would recommend!
