We had a cold call from a salesman in the neighborhood, but since we had been thinking about replacing our bay window and a 3-pane casement in our kitchen, we were interested in their free quote. Power did our siding and from the start with our salesman down to the quality assurance manager after the job the process was excellent. The communication, workmanship and professionalism was top notch would recommend.
From start to finish, the people were very knowledgeable and professional. They did not do any guesswork, and they explained in good detail what they do, how they do it, and how long it would take. The work needed to get done, and the men who did the work did not watch the clock, and they were very hardworking and dedicated to getting the work done on time. This was a good home investment for us.
We had Power knock on our door back in February. We spoke with their representative about Siding, Within two days, Casey came to the house and gave us a great presentation about the company and the products. We decided to go ahead and have them do the siding since we had woodpecker damage and wood rot. The inspection happened just three days later. Every thing was smooth from start to finish. Everyone we met was nice and we love our new windows.
This is the second time I have had windows replaced by this company. Their work crews are friendly and professional. They were punctual, fast and clean up after themselves without any prompting. I love their warranty. I had a seal break on one of my windows and all it took was a phone call and I was able to schedule for someone to come out and the window was quickly replaced.
Power started our window project on our home and were are very happy with the company. Everyone has been professional, helpful and flexible. The first stage of Pella windows came out great and now we are adding the rest of the house! Would recommend.
I just want to thank everyone from Mike T thru Dean and Scott and then Adams and the install crew. All were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job, including cleanup !!! I am NOT very easy to please, but we were very satisfied!!!! But now I have No $$$ to golf lol.
