Project was done on time and as promised even with supply delays. Lived up to the warranty and excellent work on quality assurance. Definitely would use for future projects.
Everyone at Power was polite and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. The sales rep, Joe showed me samples of the windows and advised me of the different types of windows needed. I had 15 windows installed recently and will be having 10 more windows installed later this year as well as siding. The crew took very good care in installing the windows and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to family and friends.
They did a great job on replacing our window. Extremely professional and courteous.
We hired Power for the windows. Jenny Z went above and beyond. She showed us an outstanding demonstration. The installation crew is clean and efficient and on time. We are very satisfied to say the least.
I have had some very bad home remodeling experiences in the past and I am pleased to say that my experience with Power has been nothing less than spectacular. Starting with my sales rep, Nic, Julio and the crew, and finishing with my Quality Assurance Manager, Zach, everyone has been extremely professional and went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Power is fairly expensive compared to other companies I’ve checked out but they do a wonderful job and have very attractive products and attractive employees! The clean up was very nice, I’ve had power out at my house to install 3 different projects and I am happy.
Everything has been professional, the follow up has been awesome even with the delay with the windows, there was also a follow up with what was going on. Every time all the way through installation.
Well from the start when Power knocked on my door I was thinking in my mind we just moved into our new home 3 months in and we can't afford new windows. However, I set an appointment to get the free estimate and we (my hubby and I) were thinking well it can't hurt to get a free estimate.
