Sales representative was very informative and knowledgeable about siding and home repair. Install on gutters were done in one day. Install crew was very professional and worked efficiently. Post install representative was very professional and made time for us as the customer to make sure everything was held to a higher standard.
Team did a great job and the windows look great. Lots of comments from the neighbors.
I just had a new door replaced and it looks wonderful. the roof and gutters will be done this next week and excited to see them done. Everyone that I have worked with have been extremely professional and nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done at their house.
Every point of contact we had throughout this process was super helpful and informative. The only minor thing we ran into that makes this not a 5 star rating was the date of install got moved up without notice. Still would recommend to anyone I know.
I just got my 10 windows replaced by Power. From start to finish. This has been a very enjoyable process. From the sales people to the installers, everything has been amazing, smooth and quick. Everyone has been so professional, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Power to anyone looking to remodel the exterior of their home!
Strong attention to my needs from saleswoman, she was great! Mid-June delivery and installation, where I found myself going for another 9 windows due to the installer's attention to detail, and their speed of proper installation. My 2nd installation was in July, a few days after my new neighbors moved in... and we had been talking about my new windows. Very satisfied with our new front door. We did have issues with the trim color not being what was expected. But the crew eventually gave in and fixed it on the spot. Also, had calls before the install that a field/quality inspector would come by to see how the install went and discuss if we were satisfied. Our install date was changed due to weather and the field/quality inspector never rescheduled. Also, we were not given any instructions for our keypad lock, or left with an user's manual.
