After a few visits with Dr. Vito (Chiro, Massage, Therapy, and one session with Acupuncture), I have less pain in my hip/groin/psoas when I lift. He observed my hips to be uneven, which was helpful in getting closer to a root cause for my pain. With the chiropractic work, after two treatments, I felt I was getting better engagement in my glutes on deadlift.
