From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful, and fixed my garage door with ease.
No customer service, guy hung up on me as soon as I asked why they where charging people $40 just too give a quote, especially when I gave them all the information. Never recommending these people to anyone, super unprofessional, and a massive lack of coustomer service. I called today at 8:52am that guy needs to be fired his name is Erving or Herving, it was hard to understand him, we where looking to get a security door installed and now we will 10000% be going with a new company.
I was so impressed with their commitment and professionalism. One night my garage door malfunction. It looked like a soda can scrunched up. l couldn't close my door. They came out and repaired my door, they were such great people.
