The service technician was spot on in helping me set up a appointment for service for my vehicle It was great to have him make changes to my contact information that should have been completed months ago! If you are looking for a vehicle here at Power Ford, I highly recommend Anthony Chavez as your guy! He was awesome with us and really took the time to show us all the vehicles we were interested in. He heard our needs and wants and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted! He was super patient with us and nice and definitely not pushy like some other car salesman that just want to sell you a vehicle. If you have the opportunity to work with Anthony, you will be in great hands!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three visits to Power Ford, I feel other customers should know about my experience. My 2018 Ford Edge developed an intermittent loss of power after the engine was replaced due to coolant intrusion. I provided videos and explained exactly how to reproduce the problem. 1st visit: I was told they could not duplicate the issue.
