Just had new generator installed. Amazing service, great communication and professional service throughout. All inspections by city passed first time. Would recommend Jim and his company to anyone. Rare to find this level of professionalism and customer service in South Florida.
Power Expectation / Jim Whitehead : I paid this guy for years to do maintenance on our Generac House Generator. One day, out of the blue, he told me that because my generator is old he will not service it anymore, even though parts are easy to find everywhere, he is odd. I had my first experience with Power Expectations today. Jim was GREAT!! I have added him as my dealer on my Mobilelink. Very honest, friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend him......
What a disappointment. We have called and e-mailed Jim Whitehead repeatedly both before and AFTER Irma. Our whole-house generator, which Power Expectations has maintained for years, failed to generate power after the storm. We have no A/C, no hot water, no light. Maybe he's busy after the storm. I could understand that. But why no call or at least a text or e-mail? We will find another firm and strongly suggest that all others do too.
I would not recommend this company. Jim Whitehead from Power Expectations is a thief and unreliable. Do yourself favor and use another company.
