I just want to say how professional and easy to work with power equipment solutions is. I needed a part to repair an Ez Go golf cart and Keith and his team were great to work with. bought my 2020 ezogo golf cart from Shawn at power equipment solutions. i got for campground. im really happy with the golf cart, shawn was very helpful in selection and educating me on it. highly recommend this place when looking for your golf cart needs! thanks Shawn
I bought a used cart from them today. The cart was as advertised and it was a good price. Their customer service is almost non existent. I had to beg them to take my money. I called and told them the cart that I wanted to purchase and to have a light kit installed. After 7 days of no communication I called to check on the status and I was told “we are very busy, we sold three carts worth $10,000 before 10am”. Apparently the $10,000 gets you the five star customer service, my $3,200 cart got me far less than 5 star service so... read more
