I called this company in the spring to have my lawn mower picked up for inspection/tune-up/repair as needed. I had to wait a very long time as this company kept having to do other things besides help me. I was very patient. The owner even said he'd give me a price break for being so patient. Finally, after a couple to three weeks my mower was picked up. They did not say when it would be done. They did not call with an update as to any repairs it needed.
