Really helpful (engineering service dept) in dealing with a problem we were having with our Yamnar engine. Went out their way to help solve things. Highly recommend.
Very disappointing responses if any towards issues. Brought a new Yanmar 8LV 370 and leg through a dealer out of this dealership and had a total destruction of the engine which went into the bin after only 230 hrs of operation. There was no warranty given as out of the year warranty offered regardless of hours. I could rant endlessly regarding the year long experience that left us having to re-purchase an entirely new motor.
