Best service I've experienced for chemical supplies.
They flat don't care about the customer anymore, I have used them for the last 5 years, and had to finally go find a new vendor for my building, couldn't not get any response from the salesman, the lady in the office could not have cared less about helping me get what I needed. Don't waste your time.
I am so done with these guys, we have used them as a vendor for almost 5 years, and have referred literally dozens of our customers to them over the years for glycol in the buildings we service, but their service has gotten so bad lately I am done with them. We had to go find a new vendor, and send messages to our customers directing them to our new preferred vendor because they just dropped the ball too many times.
