Customer service gets 0 stars the guy at the front desk was beyond rude and acted like I was the last person he wanted to see. it was like an hour from quitting time time and he told me they can't help me " its too close to quitting time "he said. I had called ahead of time and told them when I would be there and was told that they would be able to help me, finally after asking 3 times he went and got what i needed I'm not saying everyone there is that way I'm just saying what my experience was. Lead me i. The correct direction for the repair part needed
I brought in a fitting for them to match and replace. They gave me the wrong one. When I took it back they told me it was the correct fitting and whatever I was threading it into must have bad threads. Went to another company and they matched the fitting no problem. The fitting was a JIS and they gave me NPT.
