Power GMC SERVICE, in Salem is Top Notch. The Service Manger goes Above and Beyond to make sure that the Customer is taken care of, and leaves Happy. we currently take 3 vehicles there to be serviced. We have been going there for over 10 years now, starting with 2 vehicles on the Power KIA side, then buying GMC SUV and Trucks. If there is ever any issues arise, Mike will take care of you. I would Give Power GMC 10 Stars if I could.
Power GMC Service center is Awesome At first one of the counter guys there at the service desk really didn't understand what the issue we were having, then around the corner came Mike, the Service Manger. WOW, this Man KNOWS his stuff. We explained everything to him, he had the car taken to be Looked at by a service tech. We were given a loaner vehicle for a few days until they found the issue and made the repairs needed, then the Manger also had them fix a couple smaller issues with our consent first of course. Mike the service manger is 10/10 the best worker power Buick gmc or salem has ever had. Always a good time working with him. Very compassionate, and understanding with whatever your situation is. Don’t ever get rid of him. I’ll throw hands with anyone who disagrees.
I recently purchased a used Subaru forester, the car runs great, the team was helpful and friendly with my purchase and even drove my new car an hour away for the purchase. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle it had some issues with the battery and my sales rep, Luis, made it right by having my battery replaced for free.
