When the persons insurance would not even give me a rental that would at least keep me in a vehicle that would fit my family size given it was my SUV that got hit he made sure I had one the very next day. Also, when they tried to total out my SUV he worked his magic and I was able to get them to fix it. He made sure to always be there to answer any questions and update me all the way.
