Kind & friendly staff always greeted with a smile. Olivia made workouts fun. Towards the end I got to pair up with someone to do some exercises together.
This is a hidden gem in Pataskala. I have had two knee and one hip replacement and have had rehab at Power Ahead all three times. The staff is very professional, respectful and have treated me like family. The facility is VERY clean and modern. They are located across from Hayes Law Offices on Broad Street. I recommend them 5 stars out of 5.
I have enjoyed my time with POWER AHEAD...I enjoyed working with all and any who worked with me...Heather, Randi, Kerri and last, but certainly not least...Craig !!! I have one more session...next Friday @ 8 a.m. Today I rode the stationary bike for 60 minutes...burning 334 calories and went 11.45 miles !!!! I was amazed at my progress...I, as well did every exercise for my knee that I have always done.
