I have been a pain in the butt sometimes to Powell’s and Eric always remains professional and courteous throughout and does great work! I’ve had them do numerous jobs to be able to confidently recommend them.
The two people we dealt with at Powell's Heating were very helpful with our furnace issue. The technician had to come twice one day. He explained the problem & a part needed to be ordered to repair it. After a week the part did not arrive the technician felt we needed a new furnace & went to the Home Warranty Co. To rectify the situation. The office manager worked on getting the matter resolved over a weekend. Both the technician & manager went over & beyond to examine things & help us. We highly recommend them
They were great. Big job didn't leave til I had heat. Courteous clean up after . Very pleased.
Powell heat and cooling were professional and polite. I would definitely recommend company to family and friends.
