My appointment was to have spinal steroidal epidural injections and I couldn't be more pleased with Renee, Adam, Tony and their team. I have had several prior treatments to include epidurals as well as ablation treatments, fusions, discectomy, SI joint attachments, etc. This team was professional, proficient, communicative and thorough. Clean facility and caring people all over
Go anywhere but here. Trust me.
This hospital is the worst hospital in the county and state. The billing department proved to be fraudulent in all the expenses that I have attempted to pay. Creating their own EOB’s to benefit their interests financially. The board is getting rich while there patients have to suffer not only from there injuries or condition but the unethical financial burden the hospital places on them. Even if you attempt to pay your bill , you will be sent to collections. Lovell is way better
It doesn't matter how good the providers are when the billing department is so bad. My son needed emergency care back in January & the billing department continually got it wrong & sent us incorrect statements. Every time we got a bill, we had to call them & they would tell us the insurance didn't cover it all. We would call our insurance & they would tell us PVHC billed it incorrectly & of course it was covered after our deductible was met. The insurance had to call PVHC TWICE before it was resolved.
