I have never been dissatisfied in the 4 ER visits plus wellness checks and testing i have had over the past 7 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Bohlman is a great primary care physician. Not sure why so many bad reviews. healthcare IS expensive and always has been due to healthcare being a profit driven operation, which it shouldn't be.
I absolutely do not recommend Powell Valley healthcare. The ER doctor and the x-ray tech were very unfriendly to say the least. The ER nurse was outstanding! Their prices are absolutely absurd, and their financial assistance program is an absolute joke! They did grant me an additional percentage off if paying in full, which, to hopefully avoid being sent to collections, I used my credit card to pay the bill in full. The nurses are fantastic! The care I received was great! The bill was OUT OF LINE!!! I can't even afford to take care of my self.
Most doctors think they're better than everyone, very little appreciation for other staff memebers, medical bills are crazy expensive. Never feel heard.
