I have been a customer since 2005, or 20 years! Needless to say we believe that Powell Valley Heating & Air are an excellent service provider. They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable . They also communicate well through problems big and small which is always reassuring. Their honesty is beyond reproach- over 20 years I have not once believed I was being over charged. These people are amazing! So polite and they try so hard. The technicians are gems of manners and care for you home. I called and they were able to get a person here in about and hour.
WOW! My home's air conditioning stopped working. I called them the next morning and they thought they could be out within 24 hours. They called me back later the same day and came out to see what was going on. Diagnostics and fixed within 30 minutes. They also said my old unit looked good and didn't try to sell me a new one. Plus, they offered advice on another fix. They left and we had A.C.! Invoice was mailed to me and it was super reasonable. They are my go-to company now.
