WOW! My home's air conditioning stopped working. I called them the next morning and they thought they could be out within 24 hours. They called me back later the same day and came out to see what was going on. Diagnostics and fixed within 30 minutes. They also said my old unit looked good and didn't try to sell me a new one. Plus, they offered advice on another fix. They left and we had A.C.! Invoice was mailed to me and it was super reasonable. They are my go-to company now.
I have used Powell Valley now twice and the experience is simply superb. Phenomenal communication, prompt service (next day!) and worth every penny. All accomplished via text from 2 states away. Once again PVH&A came to the rescue. Extremely hot day, A/C stopped cooling. Tammie contacted me shortly after I called for service. She kept me in the loop as the day progressed. Trevor arrived, diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs and even addressed another issue while he was at our home.
