They resolved my issue. I'm willing to give a 2nd chance. UPDATE: 2nd chance is up. They are right back at doing it again. It's not worth the hassle going to them anymore. They choose to charge the wrong provider even after numerous attempts not to. Disrespecting the VA, like they don't even exist. They will ignore the VA and charge Medicare whenever it suits them.
