Today I had a viewing at this complex and before my appointment I was already pretty excited because the property location is beautiful and the property itself looked well kept. But then when meeting with management for my appointment, Mike walked in!! I recently toured an apartment here and I really liked it. Keely was very helpful and understanding to work with! The layout of the room was spacious and a little quirky in a cute way with a lot of storage space!
Since the new management company took over, there have been several improvement projects around the property. I understand that maintenance requires some inconvenience, but the communication and handling of these projects have been extremely frustrating. During a recent parking lot project, management blocked vehicle access to the area where my apartment is located without notifying us beforehand.
