This dental office is everything a person could want. Everyone is friendly and the appointment is on time and pleasant. I have been with Dr Alred from the start of his practice in Big Stone Gap and wouldn’t consider anyone other practice.
Dr.MacIntosh is the best dentist I have her seen. Her and Kat have made my past 2 visits a breeze. Highly recommend! They make you feel so comfortable!
This is Jackie's husband Steve "Stork" I had a broken crown replaced with temporary crown this morning and ask always I had a wonderful experience!! My appointment took place as scheduled and went extremely smoothly. My dentist Beth did a tremendous job and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Each employee i encountered was professional and friendly. While having dental work can be stressful ---these folks always see to my every need to make my experiences pleasurable.
I really hate to give Powell Valley Dental such a low rating because Powell Valley Dental is a wonderful dentist office as far as the dentist go. However, they have very rude staff and their dental assistant Caitlin Collins is horrible and she needs to be fired. If you go to Powell Valley Dental make sure that their staff is respectful and treats you well and it's not trying to build you for things that you do not owe.
