After more than 25 years a full quarter century of loyal service, my experience with Powell Termite and Pest Control ended very disappointingly. Despite multiple official requests for basic service documentation and proof of work, no information was ever provided. I was even hung up on by someone I was told is the owners son during a polite call requesting routine information.
