Execellent service and good overall experience with Powell. Recently bought a new home and had Powell as a second opinion. The inspection found several issues the other company hadnt. But Powells repair estimate was still less, the work was completed and they were happy to explain what they were doing. Was completed on time and looked execellent. Would definately use Powell again. Thank you!
I would recommend Powell to anyone! my experience was amazing! They were extremely nice and very efficient! They do quality work and in a timely manner. They by far exceeded my expectations! They actually care about the outcome of their work and are more then willing to answer and explain any questions you might have.
Powell was contracted to repair water damage in addition to tenting the property. Water damage was fixed on the surface but after having to open up a wall to make an adjustment for an appliance, I found that Powell had uncovered a wall full of mold then simply covered it back up without ever even reporting the findings. Currently in a lengthy legal battle to have them correct what should have been a simple supplemental addendum to the water restoration. I seriously doubt the ethics of this business.
