I had 4 other estimates before Powell Roofing. I had an attic vent and two gable vents, plus a ridge vent. James was the only one to mention these vents are working against each other. They sealed up the gable vents and removed attic vent. I was concerned about putting new shingles on the 75 year old decking. Powell Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof. The crew that worked cleaned the area after, took care of our plants in the flowerbeds and made sure everything looked good before leaving.
