So nice to work with. I would like to acknowledge and give to kudos to Kristi Adams with Powell Moving in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was fabulous at staying in communication with me as I was in Texas (destination) and the origination was in G.R. She also helped exceptionally well with my mother, a hospital trip, and resulting co-ordination with out of town family coming to meet the pick up crew. I wanted let you know how pleased we were with the move experience. Everyone did a great job and were extremely helpful and easy to work with. It was nice to see a group of people work so hard and still joke around to keep things lite. Please let everyone know we appreciated their help. The movers did an excellent job at my Alabama home packing and moving our belongings. The closing of the sale of the house also finished yesterday and I am proceeding with the purchase of a new house. Jerry and Brian (your 2 employees) are very nice and helpful. If they can scheduled to deliver the stuff that would be nice.

I recently completed a move with Angelas help. Just wanted to drop a note and let you know that she was excellent. I have moved 7 times with this company so I am speaking from experience here...She was by far the best logistics coordinator I have had. She was ultra responsive, contacted me nights and weekends to ensure a smooth move and essentially met every request that I had, no matter how late I came with it. I wanted to say thank you for helping me with my move, especially the 2 men that showed up to pack and move me. It only took them 2 hours to pack and delivered the next day. Very friendly and professional.

Had very bad experience with this outfit. They caused damage to my furniture that resulted from the moving itself and water damage due to a leaking trailer. Got the runaround when trying to make a claim. Would not recommend using this business.
