The two stars are because they took me around to see quite a few houses. The rest of the experience was pretty poor. I am glad I had experience buying a house before. They could not answer questions about the houses I looked into, they acted annoyed when I did not want to buy the first house that was OK and they botched some of the negotiation which cost me money.
