I recently had to cancel my reservation for this property. I was looking forward to my trip but things didn’t work out. I called Powell Realty and they were so kind and understanding. I didn’t get to stay at this property but looking forward to booking with them in the future. They made the process so easy and painless.
I rent an apartment with Powell Realty and I have to say they are the most responsive landlords I have ever worked with. They answer all concerns and questions promptly and whenever I had anything break in the apartment, they responded and had someone out within 24 hours to fix whatever needed to be done. If you have to rent, go with them!

I've worked with them as a vendor for 10+ years. They are so well organized and my best customer. As an investor I hired them to manage a rental property for me. Their so good at it that I rarely ever thing about the property. They know how to screen tenants far better than I every could. They have a handyman staff and get things fixed fast, better and cheaper than I ever could. They bring so much more value than the 10% management fee. I have every intention of hiring them to manage more properties as I buy them.
Recently had the privilege of dealing with cody on an Airbnb reservation... made my reservation about a week in advance, and on the day of check in ( 8 hours before) I was contacted by cody asking for an additional $200 cleaning fee which he states Airbnb forgot to include.. after expressing to him that this error was not only not my fault, but also put me over budget for my stay that weekend that I would have to cancel my reservation which he declined to do, so that I could not receive a refund... mind you breaking the rule... read more
