TRULY IN A CLASS ALL BY THEMSELVES!!!! First off, let me start by; This lady, Mrs Janice Powell seems to not only know each tenant by name but there's a true relationship there and her staff is no different. Cody is amazing, he listed my house for sale and three hours later we had a customer who purchased my home. Cody is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always available when needed.
Very poor communication and follow through. Powell Realty proudly scammed me out of nearly $1,000.
Horrible service for a VRBO booking. Our VRBO was cancelled by VRBO and Powell Realty still charged us. I had contacted them prior to let them know but they charged us and have not given a refund. Very poor communication and response time. Avoid them at all costs.
I recently had to cancel my reservation for this property. I was looking forward to my trip but things didn’t work out. I called Powell Realty and they were so kind and understanding. I didn’t get to stay at this property but looking forward to booking with them in the future. They made the process so easy and painless.
