WARNING: Our experience with Powell Realty has been terrible. The home we rented had black mold, roach infestations, and constant maintenance issues. My children got sick from the mold, and they ignored all our complaints. They even charged us fees that were completely false, like NSF rent charges when our account had the funds. No empathy, no professionalism just excuses. We don’t want anyone else’s family to go through what we did. Be careful.
TRULY IN A CLASS ALL BY THEMSELVES!!!! First off, let me start by; This lady, Mrs Janice Powell seems to not only know each tenant by name but there's a true relationship there and her staff is no different. Dog loving, family oriented and personable w a smile and cheerful disposition. I mean these ladies are so great. Cody is amazing, he listed my house for sale and three hours later we had a customer who purchased my home. Cody is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always available when needed.
Very poor communication and follow through. Powell Realty proudly scammed me out of nearly $1,000.
Horrible service for a VRBO booking. Our VRBO was cancelled by VRBO and Powell Realty still charged us. I had contacted them prior to let them know but they charged us and have not given a refund. Very poor communication and response time. Avoid them at all costs.
