Very poor service, didn't fix mower! – Had my mother-in-laws' riding mower there 3 times, still not fixed! When we took it in the 1st time, we gave them a list of everything that needed to be done. When we got is back the 1st time, the deck drug the ground and you couldn't use the mower. We took it back and they said nothing is wrong with it. My husband ended up fixing the deck. Does not need extra business – I call 6 weeks ago and said that my mower would not go and needed someone to look at it, I called spoke to a lady who I said I would be happy to wait the 2 weeks as they were busy, she then wanted me to speak to the service guy to get more info, so I was put on hold. I waited for 7 mins, and as I was on my break I did not have much time so I hung up and call back, this time I was put straight thru to the guy I explained what I needed, then the guy said someone will call me in two weeks.
