Mark has changed my life for the better twice. I first went to him for a general maintenance check up, and after a couple visits felt stronger than ever. The second time, many years later, I had injured my shoulder to the point where somedays it was in a sling. After a few visits with Mark and sticking to his advice, I am back golfing, fishing, and enjoying life. Thank you Mark!
