Horrible experience. I made a visit to check out the nursery after given high recommendations. There is a young tall kid working there who needs a lesson on customer service. He proceeded to help another couple after I had been waiting patiently for assistance. When I addressed his poor customer service, he became even more rude. He was a real bigot. I left and went to Beltrans Nursery. Much better experience. Too bad Lowell, you lost a few hundred dollars from me and gained a negative review. Beltran Nursery for life.
This family is very knowledgeable about plants and trees common to this area. Usually they are so busy they don't take a lot of time "shooting the breeze". It makes one feel like you are interrupting because they work so hard. Hope you go on a day when they're not so busy.
