Want to know something about palms... Want to know something about Florida palms and plants in general. Stop in at Powell's and ask for Joe. He's blessed with a Florida green thumb. They are friendly and honest. He told me he really didn't recommend the chemical I went in for..suggested a cheaper one..and when I told him my Wife sent me in for the other chemical and I better bring it home...he practically gave it to me with the other one he recommended...no hustle here...THANKS!
Horrible experience. I made a visit to check out the nursery after given high recommendations. There is a young tall kid working there who needs a lesson on customer service. He proceeded to help another couple after I had been waiting patiently for assistance. When I addressed his poor customer service, he became even more rude. He was a real bigot. I left and went to Beltrans Nursery. Much better experience. Too bad Lowell, you lost a few hundred dollars from me and gained a negative review. Beltran Nursery for life.
We went to this nursery when we moved into our new home, asking for ideas about redoing the entire property. We spoke to this asian woman and she acted like it was a complete bother to show us what they had, and what would work in our yard. She was so obnoxious that my husband and I refused to purchase anything there. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. We found a garden center/nursery out on Rte 17 that was wonderful. This family is very knowledgeable about plants and trees common to this area. Usually they are so busy they don't take a lot of time "shooting the breeze". It makes one feel like you are interrupting because they work so hard. Hope you go on a day when they're not so busy.
awesome place, very knowledgeable,kind and personable. Taught us so much about our Palm trees and even gonna check our mahogany trees in our yard when they are here planting the palms we bought. We even got invited back for a birthday party the next day. I wish them the very best with their business. Great people ❤️children aw just as polite and even family pup went for a ride with us on cart. Thanks so much.

Fantastic nursery We found this nursery by chance and it is a gem!! Jo and Joseph are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Their prices and selections are unbelievable. We will be back many times.
