Powell Heating and Cooling is seriously the best HVAC company in town! We called Powell on a Sunday to get a quote on replacing our furnace and air conditioner, Todd was at our home 45 minutes later and we had a quote in hand on a Sunday evening. They didn't try to upsell or pressure us. They were quick to install and everything worked great! I can't rate them more than one star because they didn't show up. I called them for more than 10 times and after a ring the answering machine would start talking. Left them a voice but still didn't hear back. Drove for 35 min, waited for one and half hour no one showed up and drove again for 35 min back to work. This is not the way they should do business.
Our HVAC system was 20-plus years old and struggling. I reached out to Powell via their website asking to be scheduled for a visit and they made time for us the next day. They did a thorough inspection and provided options for repair along with a quote for replacement. Due to the age of the system and costs of dealing with an old-refrigerant system we chose to go with replacement. After having trouble will my heating/cooling system during the hottest days of summer, Powell came in with a good price and great service. The guys that came to my house were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after installation. I would definitely use them again for my heating/cooling needs!
I highly recommend Powell Heating & Cooling!! These guys was very professional did a amazing job installing our new furnace and A/C unit. I was shocked at the low price it cost us, had other estimates from other companies but they was much higher. So glad I went with this company. I had to call them with a few questions and they was very helpful in answering my questions. I give them an A+ in every aspect of doing business with them.
