Our HVAC system was 20-plus years old and struggling. I reached out to Powell via their website asking to be scheduled for a visit and they made time for us the next day. They did a thorough inspection and provided options for repair along with a quote for replacement. Due to the age of the system and costs of dealing with an old-refrigerant system we chose to go with replacement.
