Garage door stopped working and the next morning, I submitted a request for service on their website and was called within two minutes of submitting the request. And I’m mean two minutes. Chris arrived a little later that day and was able to replace my spring within a half hour, gave me a few tips on how to maintain my garage and motor so I wouldn’t have to call again anytime soon. The good: they had quick availability, and Chris was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door.
