Our torsion spring broke last night. They responded first thing this morning and set up a convenient time the same day. They were right on time and messaged before coming. The repair was completed in about an hour. The new spring is visibly a higher quality. They cleaned everything. Their price was a couple hundred less than other people have paid in my neighborhood for the same repair.
Beware! I called because they pulled up on google as close to me. A guy named Chris came out. He said I needed a new motor and that mine couldn't be repaired and other parts were bad. His quote was over $1,700 to replace the required items. For some reason things were adding up because my door had been working just find then just stopped. I had another company PJ from Top Notch Garage Doors come out and they said I only needed new eye censors and a tune up. I was only charged $252.34 and my door works perfectly now.
