My garage door stopped working and I was unable to figure it out with my own troubleshooting. I submitted an appointment request online and they contacted me within 1 minute (not hyperbole) to schedule an appointment. Within 2 hours of submitting my request online, they had a tech come out and fixed my garage. He also made sure both garage doors were lubed up and in proper working order. The tech then showed me some maintenance tips. I couldn’t be more happy with the prompt service and going above and beyond
