This is the best dentist I've ever had. Dr. Lee is so calm and does a great job of explaining things and putting me at ease. All the staff is kind and caring. I highly recommend this dentist!

I've been a patient here for the past few (3?) years and have usually had good experiences although admittedly one receptionist always seems perturbed at all times. Long story short between a death in the family and my own emergency surgery and hospitalization my family has fallen on hard times. I have also fallen a little behind on cleanings and was overdue. The dentist is great. The hygienists vary on how good they are. I've had great ones and I've had bad ones. The billing is shady. They tell you 100% covered and then they send you a bill and blame the insurance company, but they don't give you the heads up that this could happen, even when you double check beforehand. When you call them out, they say it's office policy to say estimate, but they will say 100%, when it's actually means 100% up to the max set by the insurance company. They conveniently leave that out.

I just wanted to share my experience here at the office which is always top notch and very professional. I came in for my 6 month prophylaxis cleaning on 10-23-24 and ended up having to do a filling on one of my teeth, April got my scheduled that same day so I didn’t have to make multiple trips! They always work very well with my insurance and try to save me as much $ as possible.
