My fiancé and I own a house next to two of Powell's new construction homes. When we purchased our house there was a large driveway that we used to access the main road. We have a 10 foot easement with our neighbor to use the driveway. Powell decided to build a fence in the middle of our driveway to separate our homes from theirs. Although Powell built the fence on their property, they have managed to squeeze our access to a mere 8 feet of driveway space.
