Stephani is so great! She was so good with our all questions and insurance problems! Great office !
Beware of this dental office! They are not honest! They like to rush you into x-rays so I stopped them and said we needed to find out if my insurance would cover it. They came back and said it was covered but later I got billed. It turned out they couldn't get hold of my insurance so they lied to me. The next time they tried to do a pano which is expensive and only covered every 5 years. I refused it. Plus they charge "room set up fees" that aren't covered by insurance that no other dentist has ever charged me. My son was to... read more
Went here for a routine cleaning, and my gums are sore in a few spots (where they used a high pressured water cleaner of sorts) months later. They simply never recovered. Will be going to another dentist to try to sort it out… definitely don’t recommend that specific cleaning tool if they mention it.
Had my first visit today with Dr. Powell. It’s been a immensely long time since I visited a dentist due to my fear of dental work and lack of effort to make the time for it. I’m so, so glad I chose to visit this office. Not only was the staff amazing and caring, but Dr. Powell was extremely patient and informative. He talked me through everything that needed to be done and even made the time to do some work on my teeth that I was really needing same day.
